Arthur Karani Mwai – Founder & Director
Arthur Karani Mwai is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience across hotels, restaurants, airlines, government protocol, consultancy, and media. He has worked extensively both locally and internationally, building a reputation as a visionary leader and hands-on operator who understands every layer of the hospitality industry.
Arthurs career has spanned some of Kenyas most prestigious institutions and ventures: from serving as Principal Household Services Manager at State House Nairobi, where he managed the Presidential residences and organized high-profile state functions, to overseeing in-flight services and catering with Kenya Airways, and later establishing and managing successful hospitality businesses and consultancies.
In 2012, Arthur hosted a pioneering cook show, Doof, which aired for three cycles on DSTV, showcasing his passion for food, creativity, and hospitality to a continental audience.
Having worked as both a business owner and senior executive, Arthur brings a unique perspective to consultancy. He not only understands the technical side of hospitality operations, but also the expectations of directors, investors, and boards, as well as the complexities of staff management, training, and motivation.
This blend of strategic oversight and practical experience has positioned him as a trusted partner for clients seeking to launch, stabilize, or transform their hospitality ventures.
